This growth company is Pre-IPO and a market leader. They sell manufacturing and MES Software to very large Tier-One companies.

Location: San Jose, Irvine, CA or USA
Salary/Pay Rate:  $200,000 base salary / $400,000 total
Position Type: Full Time


Minimum Position Requirements Include:

  • Must has sold MES, ERP, Supply Chain, (SCM) or manufacturing software
  • Proven experience managing a B2B sales team from an executive level
  • History as a top-performer throughout your career
  • Heavy analytical mindset with deep experience utilizing CRM’s and Business Intelligence tooling
  • Experience at a small privately held company strongly preferred
  • Robust experience with remote management and management of sales leaders in multiple locations internationally
  • Have a consistent track record of growing sales revenue by 20% each year
  • Have experience and track record of keen ability to control cost of sales


  • Own top-line company growth
  • Mentor and empower the sales force to achieve and exceeds sales quotas
  • Build, retain and grow a world-class sales organization
  • Help us refine our sales strategy and processes for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Accounts
  • Build our sales training program
  • Be a bridge between sales and marketing
  • Work closely with the Implementation team to ensure long-term customer happiness
  • Work with the COO and product team to improve our service and develop new products or verticals based on customer feedback
